Create your account at app.soundtrack.io/signup. No payment info needed to get started — cancel at any time.

Order your Soundtrack Player
Order a Soundtrack Player through your account or your sales contact. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number and an eight-digit device ID by email — keep that handy for step 4.

Connect the hardware
Plug in the power cable to turn the player on, connect an Ethernet cable for internet access, then connect an audio cable (RCA or 3.5 mm) from the player to your sound system.

Connect the player to a zone
Log in to your Soundtrack account, click Zones in the top menu, and select the zone you want to connect. Under Setup → Hardware, enter the eight-digit device ID printed on the bottom of the player (or from your shipping email).

Wait for music to start
Give it up to 45 minutes after you've connected everything. The player downloads a software update and your music first, then playback starts on its own. From there, you can control everything remotely from the Soundtrack app or web player.
